The Navigator

When unexpectedly opportunities become threats or threats become opportunities, the navigator facilitates adaptation of the journey each time disruption shakes the impermanent certainty of strengths and weaknesses.

With a journey plan, the navigator guides every step of the journey as far as it can go and prepares the next navigator to guide it further. 

The role is expected to evolve over time but will adhere to a conscious effort to move away from official designations used in more traditional organizations, and to gravitate towards job titles and structures that are more aligned with this journey's maps and compasses.
