The People Proactively Sought for This Journey

The journey will call forth a core crew of seven individuals, some with formal training, others with practical experience or unfinished business. The crew, still in its formative phase, will handle the key areas of finance, operations, people development and technology. Recruitment is logically a deliberate process as the Four Cs are non-negotiable.

Building longevity will require time, discipline and youth. One crew member will need to have a formal background in agriculture, while another in chemical engineering or in a related discipline.
